Our vision set forth in 1992 to build a comprehensive Physician Information Network guided the development of a robust and forward-looking health information technology platform based on structured data. Hawaii’s independent physicians are now leveraging the TeamPraxis’ platform to receive Meaningful Use funds, transform to patient-centered care, and benefit from pay-for-quality reimbursements.

We are focused on delivering solutions to Hawaii’s independent practices including small clinics and solo physicians. The TeamPraxis business model is driven by the needs of independent practices, and we continue to develop our solutions based on the needs of our core clients. The critical mass of physician customers built over the past 20 years provide the foundation of real-world knowledge and experience to further develop, test and perfect analytical tools that enable physicians to collect, manage, and affect the quality measures required for them to benefit from the shift from fee-for-service to fee-for-value.

Another 150 local physicians using our technology expect to receive $3+ million from the Federal incentive program for 2012.
